Yes. Every lesson streams on phones, tablets and desktops, and your progress follows you between devices. Operators regularly finish a module on a break and pick it up at home.

Each course provides 180 days of access beginning with the student’s first complete classroom sign-in. The course page shows the access period before enrollment. Contact support before the deadline if an exceptional circumstance affects your study plan; extensions are not automatic.

Yes. When you finish a course you can download a completion certificate showing the course title, the contact hours and the date. Keep it with your renewal records — California puts the burden of proof on you, not on the training provider.

For drinking water treatment and distribution certificates, the State Water Board requires 12 contact hours for Grade 1, 16 for Grade 2, 24 for Grade 3, and 36 for Grades 4 and 5, every three years. No more than 25 percent of those hours may be safety related. If you hold both a treatment and a distribution certificate, the same hours can count toward both as long as they fall inside each certificate's renewal period.

Your renewal form, fee and continuing education records are due about four months before your certificate expires. California is strict about that deadline, so do not wait for the expiry date on the card.

All course sales are final. WasteWater College does not provide refunds except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe applicable law requires a refund, contact billing with the purchaser email address and course name.

We do. Group enrollment gives you one invoice, seat assignment, and a dashboard showing who has finished what and whose renewal is coming up. Tell us how many operators you have and we will put pricing together.

Not right now. Every course we publish is written for California operators and the California certification structure. We would rather do one state properly than be vague about fifty.
