Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities of wastewater plants. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads his/her team of operators in all aspects of people management including: hiring, orientation/on-boarding, performance management, salary changes, promotions, training and development, transfers and terminations.
