Job Description
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sewage treatment facility equipment and processes in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit.
- In accordance with Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act, the incumbent operates and maintains potable water treatment facility and distribution system.
- Provide for all phases of treatment of wastewater.
Minimum Qualifications
